Fall Camp (4 sessions; games available for an additional fee)

Fall clinics are on the following Sunday’s - Sept. 27, Oct. 4, 18 and Nov 1st

The clincis will run from 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m.

Clincis will be held at South Run Park Field #4 (this is the first field on the left as you enter South Run) off of Fairfax County Parkway.

The clinics are available for girls from kindergarten through 10th grade, for beginners or experienced players.

BAC Fall Clinics are designed to meet the needs of both experienced players as well as girls new to the game of lacrosse. These clinics are excellent opportunities for our girls from the Spring to invite friends to come and explore and learn the dynamic game of girls lacrosse before the competitve Spring game season.  Girls from all programs are welcome to participate in these fun skill sessions.

The clinics have been organized by girl’s coaches from local high school programs including Lake Braddock, Robinson, and Hayfield as well as BAC's travel club coaches from Virginia United and recreational club coaches.   The goal of the clinics is to provide fundamental development for individuals new to lacrosse and those that would like to advance their skill in order to participate in lacrosse at whatever level they choose. We focus on providing a positive environment and teaching life lessons through the game of lacrosse.

In addition to learning and enhancing fundamental field player skills, we also will be conducting specialized goalie training during the fall clinics. If you wish to receive goalie training during the Fall program, please email me once you register and indicate your interest.

The clinics run through a series of skill rotations so all girls get to benefit from our instructors.  We'll have high school girls available to help and serve as positive role models.  Last year, we had girls helping from Robinson, Lake Braddock, South County, Woodson and Annandale High Schools.

New for 2015, we have reduced the number of our BAC clinics from 6 to 4 (and reduced our fees) and based on parent feedback are offering a Fall league option so girls can apply the clinic skills they are developing to game situations.  Particiaption in the Fall league will require a separate fee.  We are also partnering with Robinson and Lake Braddock girls to have them run their clinics on the weekends we are free. Girls enrolled in BAC will get a discount for the high school clinics.

In addition to the skills we teach, we create a fun and social atmosphere for the girls to enjoy themselves.  We'll once again have a post-clinic Octoberfest party, and an "Out of Your Gourd" Costume Contest where we'll provide prizes.

If you have any questions about our Fall 2015 Clinics, please contact us via our Girl’s Commissioner, Tom Sullivan (email address below).
