Refund Policy for Field Hockey

For regular season/spring/fall:

Refund Requests must be made in writing by email to burkeathletic@gmail.com, two weeks prior to the first session date. Early and on-time players who request such refunds will be charged a $25 administrative fee.

Waitlisted players who cannot be admitted to the program will receive a full refund.
 
Administrative fees, donations, and late fees are not refundable.
 
Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your request.

For Summer Field Hockey Camps (Xcelerate, Joint):

Refund Requests must be made by email to burkeathletic@gmail.com, six weeks prior to the first session date. Early and on-time players who request such refunds will be charged a $25 administrative fee.
