Refund Policy for Field Hockey

Effective (9 July 2014)
 

For regular season/spring/fall:

Refund Requests must be made in writing, via US Postal Service or by email to

burkeathletic@aol.com, two weeks prior to the first session date. Early
and on-time players who request such refunds will be charged a $25
administrative fee.
 
Wait Listed players who cannot be admitted to the program will receive a
full refund. Late registrants requesting a refund will receive amount paid
less the $25.00 late fee.
 
Administrative fees, donations, and late fees are not refundable.
 
Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your request.

For Summer Field Hockey Camps (Xcelerate, Joint):

Refund Requests must be made in writing, via US Postal Service or by email to

burkeathletic@aol.com, six weeks prior to the first session date. Early
and on-time players who request such refunds will be charged a $25
administrative fee.
 
Administrative fees, donations, and late fees are not refundable.
 
Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your request.
